Iran has now produced roughly enough nuclear material to make, with added purification, a single atom bomb, according to nuclear experts analyzing the latest report from global atomic inspectors...

"They clearly have enough material for a bomb," said Richard Garwin, a top nuclear physicist who helped invent the hydrogen bomb and has advised Washington for decades. "They know how to do the enrichment. Whether they know how to design a bomb, well, that's another matter."  Iran insists that it wants only to fuel reactors for nuclear power. But many Western nations, led by the United States, suspect that its real goal is to gain the ability to make nuclear weapons.  Read More

Memo to Iran: Beware the Sufa

Donnie's Remarks...

How close are we?  Most of us are aware that a war between Israel and Iran could catapult both nations into the Biblically prophesied war of Gog and Magog.  But do we realize how quickly that end-times scenario could occur?  Literally, it could happen in a matter of days.

This week a bogus article made its way to the internet, claiming Israel to chip all citizens with RFID's.  This astonishing report, which proved to be false, did lead to some interesting discussions with some of my friends.  Do you realize that almost everything is in place for Daniel's 70th week to begin?  The technology to support the disturbing events described in the book of Revelation (like the mark of the beast) is here.  Israel is a nation again, restored to her land in May of 1948.  Jerusalem is becoming like an intoxicating drink that makes the nearby nations stagger. Conservative Jews are making claims that now is the time for the Third Temple to be rebuilt.  Potential peace agreements are daily stories in Israeli newspapers.   The world-wide meltdown of the existing economies could give rise to a totally new global economy.  All of these are prophesied events!  Has any other generation even come close to what we are witnessing?

I personally do not believe that the final seven year period has begun, but all these events are setting the stage for three major prophecy signs:  The imminent rise of the Antichrist, the signing of a seven year peace agreement between him and Israel, and Israel rebuilding the temple in Jerusalem.  These are the three major events that I am watching for to signify that Daniel's 70th week has begun.

The good news is that Jesus Christ controls when the end... begins.  He will give permission for the four horsemen of Revelation to begin their ominous ride.

Revelation 6:1-8 (MSG)
1 I watched while the Lamb ripped off the first of the seven seals. I heard one of the Animals roar, "Come out!"
2 I looked—I saw a white horse. Its rider carried a bow and was given a victory garland. He rode off victorious, conquering right and left.
3 When the Lamb ripped off the second seal, I heard the second Animal cry, "Come out!"
4 Another horse appeared, this one red. Its rider was off to take peace from the earth, setting people at each other's throats, killing one another. He was given a huge sword.
5 When he ripped off the third seal, I heard the third Animal cry, "Come out!" I looked. A black horse this time. Its rider carried a set of scales in his hand.
6 I heard a message (it seemed to issue from the Four Animals): "A quart of wheat for a day's wages, or three quarts of barley, but all the oil and wine you want."
7 When he ripped off the fourth seal, I heard the fourth Animal cry, "Come out!"
8 I looked. A colorless horse, sickly pale. Its rider was Death, and Hell was close on its heels. They were given power to destroy a fourth of the earth by war, famine, disease, and wild beasts.
