The Church will experience the Great Tribulation. It begins when the Antichrist enters the temple and the Abomination of Desolation occurs (Matthew 24:15). This event will lead to the trampling down of Jerusalem and the persecution of both Israel and the Church. Antichrist's persecution of the Church will be "cut short" (Matthew 24:22) at the Rapture (Matthew 24:30-31). All believers in Jesus will be delivered and rescued from God's Wrath and the 7 Trumpet judgments.
